Name's Sean 'fozzy' Foster, 40yrs old.
I run Fluid Movements and been Melbourne Tri Club head coach for 7years.
Raced World Olympic standard in 1998, and pro ironman till 2003. Lots of water under the bridge since, developing as a tri coach.
In 2011 I will attempt to qualify for Hawaii again, having completed it in 99 and 01 qualified in 03.
